Abstract
Managerial thinking has been dominated by the Harvard School approach, that cvonsiders the strategy process as disembodied and rational. However, the strategist remains a human being, with his intimate vision of the world, of his firm and himself… His singularity is a core element in the strategic decision process. This is why we recommend to enrich his personal vision with a large spectrum of experience.
