Abstract
This article sheds some lights on Human Resource Management in Lebanon. After describing the particular environment in Lebanon, it analyses two practices, appraisal and recruitment. HR function is depicted through two examples. Then, the article offers an assessment of the HR function in Lebanon, and gives some possible evolution of this function.
