"fr" => "La méthode des cas est couramment utilisée dans la formation au management. De nombreuses sources de cas sont disponibles, ainsi que des approches variées d'enseignement par les cas. Dans ce contexte, les enseignants doivent choisir les cas - et plus généralement les approches d'enseignement par les cas - qui maximiseront l'implication et l'apprentissage des étudiants. Cependant, ce n'est pas un tache facile, car l'impact des approches d'enseignement par les cas sur l'implication et l'apprentissage des étudiants est souvent méconnu. Dans cet article, nous présentons une étude empirique dans un cours de management des SI/TI, dans lequel nous avons testé différentes approches d'enseignement par les cas, et l'influence de ces approches sur l'implication et l'apprentissage des étudiants. Nous présentons la méthode de recherche, la collecte des données, et les premiers résultats."
"en" => "The case method is commonly used in management education. Many sources of cases are available, along with various approaches for teaching with cases. In this context, teachers need to choose the cases - and more generally the case-based teaching approaches - that will maximize students' implication and learning. However, this is not an easy task since the impact of case-based teaching approaches on students' implication and learning is often unclear. In this paper, we report an empirical study in an IS/IT management course, where we have tested different case-based teaching approaches and the influence of these approaches on students' implication and learning. We present the research method, data collection, and initial results."
