Understanding Diversity and Managing a Multi-cultural Workforce: The Case of France

We took the example of France to investigate what meanings and elements such as race and/or ethnicity are attached to the term "diversity" and how these different connotations affect and shape organizational and managerial responses to the management of an increasingly multi-cultural workforce.
