OPA, Commission Européenne et bonne gouvernance

The new proposal on takeoverbids presented by the European commission is a part of company law but is integrated in the project of a European financial market. The approach of the corporate of the corporate governance is merely financial and denies legitimity to alternative models of governance which are still existing in plural members-states.
