Nouveaux produits, temps et apprentissage organisationnel

Faced with the evolution of the competitive environment, firms must control the apprenticeship carried out during new product development projects. This leads firms to aiming at a delicate balance between the necessity to reduce the time spent in the developing new products and that of leaving sufficient time for actors to develop joint apprenticeships. The author cross-examines the precise impact of the temporal characteristics of new product development projects that govern organizational apprenticeship. And he shows how the planned time for the project and the actors' shared vision of the delay assigned to a project have an influence on the carrying out of joint apprenticeships.
