With the globalization of markets, there is an increasing gap between economically relevant geographical markets and the limited area of jurisdiction of national competition authorities. It is thus necessary to promote cooperation among competition authorities to allow them to protect competition on their markets. Various cooperation modalities are possible. It is necessary to mix several models of cooperation.
