La protection de la vie privée du salarié

This article is a study concerning the protection of the private life, at work, of employees. It takes into consideration the most recent regulations (law 31/12/92) and court decisions on the matter. This study shows that the employees' right to a free private life comes into conflict with the employer's right to regulate the behavior of employees.
