Comment approving the decision of April 30, 2003 of the Paris Court of Appeal judging on the bottom the conflict opposing the Danone Group to two associations having criticized its social policy on an Internet site carrying the "diverted" Danone mark. The Court admits that the semi-figurative mark Danone is used by these associations within the framework of their freedom of expression, the protection of the mark being envisaged by the CPI that whithin a framework of commercial conflict.
