Identity and Creativity: Can Organisations Learn from the Arts?

Today creativity is considered as a necessity in all aspects of management. This communication mirrors the artistic and managerial conceptions of creativity. Although they exhibit a number of shared points, these approaches diverge onsome aspects which appear to be related to some basic and radically opposed traits of both fields. This exploratory analysis opens up new research questions and insights into practices.
