How to Manage the Logistics Risks
The logistic risk is still dealt with either implicitly or in a truncated way. That is why the vulnerability of logistics systems will become an essential dimension of logistics performance. This paper presents a reflection, which tries to evaluate logistics risks management and, in particular, it describes possible ways of dealing with logistics risks in the supply chain.
