      "fr" => "Cet article étudie le rôle des employés étrangers comme moyen pour le transfert de technologie dans les entreprises multinationales. Nous constatons que les employés étrangers facilitent le transfert de technologie au sein de multinationales high-tech. En outre, la présence des employés étrangers au sein des multinationales est une fonction de la qualité institutionnelle."
