Etre et avoir ou, s'agissant d'argent, en avoir ou pas

Answer to an article of B. Edelman on the copyright of the schoolteacher filmed in the documentary "Be and have", which (who) met a big public success. Contrary to the Professor Edelman, we consider that, compared to the current jurisprudence on the "oral" works, the schoolteacher should see recognizing his copyright, and thus his right by a proportional payment, by the Court.
