De l'approche par les ressources à` une approche pratique de la stratégie

Does the strategy-as-practice approach offers a better understanding of strategy and strategic management than the ressource-based view? We compare these two perspectives in an empirical base. We mobilize each of them for the same case study, three-star-Chef Alain Passard's Arpege Restaurant. We highlight that the practice-based approach complements the resource-bqsed view as it proposes a clearer link between the real doing and value creation. it establishes a clearer link between the individual and the social dimensions.
