Abstract
Based upon two qualitative pieces of research, this book addresses three topics. First, it clarifies the origins of pleasure and commitment to work appearing in a field research. Then, it discusses the needs of companies for work commitment. Finally, it defines principles of action in management and people management that favor work commitment.
