Abstract
In the field of the large consumer goods, logistics has to find new answers to the needs of customers, to changing commercialization forms and to new industrial strategies. Based on the case of a cosmetic firm, this presentation describes innovating logistics solutions for the network design, the information systems as well as for the organization.
