Le construit d'intelligence culturelle a été récemment introduit dans la littérature de gestion comme une différence individuelle qui  pourrait prédire l'efficacité et une variété de comportements interpersonnels dans le monde des affaires. Ce construit a un potentiel énorme pour expliquer l'efficacité dans les interactions culturelles. Toutefois, à l'heure actuelle, aucune opérationalisation généralement accepté de ce nouveau construit existe. Dans ce papier, sur la base de notre conceptualisation de l'intelligence culturelle, nous décrivons le développement et la validation préliminaire de l'évaluation de l'intelligence culturelle via Internet."
      "en" => "The construct of cultural intelligence has recently been introduced to the management literature as an individual difference that may predict effectiveness and a variety of interpersonal behavior in the global business environment. This construct has enormous potential in helping to explain effectiveness in cross-cultural interactions. However, at present, no generally accepted operationalization of this nascent construct exists. In this paper, based on our conceptualization of cultural intelligence, we describe the development and preliminary validation of a web-based assessment of cultural intelligence."
