Abstract
We argue here for an exacting, rigourous and precise use of natural language by future managers. Such a use increases the intellectual faculties, the ability to know oneself from both emotional and intellectual points of view, and enlarges the capacity to negotiate with the different members of the firm at their different levels. Such efficiency is shown thanks to a short analysis of some of Plato’s Phaedrus arguments.
