Ethics are here questioned in the horizon of the organizational change issue. Humanity is here characterized as getting used of habits – which may be the worse ones as well as the best ones. When not questioned, habits may become the bases for unconscious – consequently radically strong – values. The best way to prevent ethical issues in organizations is to favor a collective as well as an individual capacity to question each other’s spontaneously learnt behavior.
