Changement et incertitude : l’ouverture inévitable

We raise the question of how HRM should tackle the changing environment. We propose that we should rediscover the classics’ attitude towards political life. This implies two main points. A certain level of acceptance of political and economic unpredictability first. Second, an exacting, rigourous, and precise use of natural language.
