Abstract
Business strategy is a new discipline. However, the concept is not well defined and the adjective strategic is used in excess. Referring to the military concepts of strategy and to the definitions proposed by economists or business strategists in the last thirty years, this paper attempts to clarify the boundaries of the concept of business strategy. It seems that the concept of strategic process would help in clarifying these limits.
