"fr" => "La qualité des systèmes d’information est un système multidimensionnel. Il inclut notamment la qualité du logiciel et la qualité des données. Il comprend aussi la qualité des modèles, la qualité de service et la qualité des processus associés. Pour prendre en compte les différents aspects de la qualité des systèmes d’information, il nous faut nous référer à des ontologies spécifiques. A notre connaissance, il n’y a pas d’ontologie globale incluant toutes les dimensions du système d’information. Le but de cet article est de proposer et de justifier les constituants principaux d’une ontologie de qualité fédérant tous les aspects de la qualité des composants du système d’information (logiciel, données, modèles, etc.). Pour opérationnaliser cette ontologie, nous proposn une approche décrivant l’utilisation de l’ontologie dans le but d’atteindre des buts de qualité spécifiques. It also comprises model quality, service quality, process quality, and more generally IS quality. Modeling several aspects of IS quality leads to specific ontologies. To the best of our knowledge, there is no global ontology dedicated to all the dimensions of an IS. A single ontology federating all the aspects of quality is not available. The aim of this paper is to propose and discuss the main constituents of an ontology of quality federating all the aspects of IS components quality (software, data, models, etc.).
