"fr" => "Les modèles conceptuels ont un grand impact sur le niveau de qualité de la conception des systèmes d'information. Une majorité des demandes de changements des systèmes d'information (SI) résultent de fonctionnalités défectueuses de ces SI. C'est pourquoi une bonne méthode d'analyse et de conception devrait garantir que les modèles conceptuels sont corrects, complets et faciles à comprendre, puisqu'ils sont le moyen de communication entre les utilisateurs et l'équipe de développement. De même, si les modèles sont complexes, leur extension ou l'incorporation d'exigences manquantes est très difficile pour les concepteurs. Notre approche évalue les modèles conceptuels à différents niveaux de granularité et propose des actions correctives ou des transformations en vue de leur amélioration. Nous proposons des patrons de qualité pour aider les utilisateurs non-experts à évaluer leur modèle en fonction de leur objectif. Cet article illustre aussi l'approche en décrivant le processus d'évaluation et d'amélioration sur une étude de cas.

"en" => "Conceptual models are of prime importance to ensure a high level of quality in designing information systems. It has been witnessed that the majority of information systems (IS) change requests result due to deficient functionalities in the information systems. Therefore, a good analysis and design method should guarantee that conceptual models are correct and complete and easy to understand, as they are the communicating mediator between the users and the development team. Similarly, if models are complex then their extension or the incorporation of missing requirements gets very difficult for the designers. Our approach evaluates the conceptual models on multiple levels of granularity in addition to providing the corrective actions or transformations for improvement. We propose quality patterns to help the non-expert users in evaluating their models with respect to their quality goal. This paper also illustrates our approach by describing an evaluation and improvement process using a case study.
