"fr" => "Dans ce chapitre, notre objectif est de combiner des aspects de la ‘marque employeur’ et de la gestion des carrières pour expliquer certains des problèmes auxquels font face la gestion des talents et la gestion de la réputation dans les organisations. Plus précisément, nos objectifs sont (1) de proposer un modèle révisé de la marque employeur et de ses liens avec la gestion des talents et de la réputation de l'organisation, qui sont des éléments clés d’une gestion efficace de la carrière, (2) analyser les liens entre la marque employeur et la gestion des carrière, et (3) réfléchir sur certains des problèmes soulevés par la nature interdisciplinaire de la marque employeur dans la pratique et les conséquences qui en découlent pour les carrières.
