"fr" => "Cette étude empirique combine la littérature sur les carrières et celle de la mobilité internationale pour étudier les caractéristiques individuelles de carrière comme antécédents de la satisfaction de carrière, la satisfaction au travail et l'intention de quitter son organisation. Comme prévu, l'orientation carriériste et la connexion de carrière expliquent la satisfaction au travail, la satisfaction de carrière et l'intention de quitter son organisation. Les résultats sont plus mitigés pour l'attitude de carrière protéenne et l'attitude de carrière sans frontière. Les implications pour la recherche et les entreprises sont discutées.

"en" => "This empirical study combines literature on career with literature relevant to international mobility in order to investigate individual career characteristics as antecedents of career satisfaction, job satisfaction and intention to leave. As anticipated, careerist orientation and career fit explain job satisfaction, career satisfaction and intention to leave. Results are more mixed for protean career attitude and boundaryless career attitude. Implications for academic research and business practice are discussed.
