Abstract
Over the last decade, online commerce has grown significantly (it now represents almost 13% of retail trade [1]), which has changed the distribution dynamics for many categories of goods and services (Mandal et al., 2021). Online sales offer many advantages, insofar as they make it possible to present entire product ranges, as well as to cover an entire territory without needing physical points of sale. However, for certain categories of goods, fully online distribution remains difficult, as it deprives consumers of the opportunity to try out.
