Biography

Estefania Santacreu-Vasut obtained a PhD in Economics from UC Berkeley. She is a professor of economics at ESSEC Business School and THEMA and associate dean for pedagogy. Her research focuses on gender and institutions and has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization, among others. She is a consultant for the OECD, co-founder of the project Gender & Finance and the co-author, together with Tom Gamble, of the popular press book `The nature of goods and the goods of nature: why anti-globalization is not the answer'.
