"fr" => "<p>Philippe Le Corre est Professeur de pratique en géopolitique et études asiatiques depuis 2024, et responsable du programme Asie à l’IRENE de l'ESSEC depuis 2022. Il possède une double formation en sciences politiques et études asiatiques (Institut National des Langues et Civilisations orientales, Université Paris-1) et a également étudié à Harvard (Faculty of Arts & Science) où il a reçu la bourse Arthur Sachs en 2003-2004. En novembre 2024 aura lieu l’élection présidentielle américaine. L’environnement géopolitique de 2024 n’est pas celui de 2020. Ouverte par l’agression russe de février 2022, la guerre en Ukraine se poursuit, mettant aux prises le gouvernement ukrainien de Volodymyr Zelensky, soutenu par nombre de pays occidentaux dont les États-Unis, et la Russie de Vladimir Poutine qui reçoit désormais l’aide de plusieurs pays en conflit larvé avec Washington ou ses alliés (la Corée du Nord, l’Iran et dans une large mesure la Chine).\n
