"fr" => "L'objectif de cet article est de faire la lumière sur l'importance du partenariat vertical chaîne de gouvernance. La recherche empirique repose sur une étude de cas sur un Aero-moteur. Original Equipment Manufacturer qui a dû réinventer la gouvernance de son acheteur-fournisseur relations après un repositionnement complet de son modèle d'affaires sur les services de gestion .... L'étude de cas révèle que, dans un contexte de forte dépendance à l'égard des partenaires extérieurs et la gestion de la chaîne imperfections , Nouvelle organisation et les modes de gouvernance se révéler nécessaire. Celles-ci devraient non seulement modérer les négatifs et les effets contre-productif de pauvres acheteur-vendeur, mais de créer des relations et de maintenir un avantage compétitif estimé que le extablishment de effectrive un partenariat vertical structure de gouvernance.)

"en" => "The objective of the article is to shed light on the importance of vertical partnership chain governance. The empirical research rests on a case study about an aero-engine. Original Equipment Manufacturer which had to reinvent the governance of its buyer-supplier relationships after a complete repositioning of its business model on services management....The case study reveals that, in a context of heavy dependence on external partners and supply chain management imperfections, new organization and governance modes turn out to be necessary. Those should not only moderate the negative and counter productive effects of poor buyer-seller relationships but create and sustain a competitve advantage throught the extablishment of an effectrive vertical partnership governance structure.
