"fr" => "Dans cet article, en vue de comprendre l'origine des résistances au changement, nous développons un modèle combinant des approches issues de l'économie, de la psychologie cognitive et de la théorie institutionnelle des organisations. A partir d'une forme du modèle "principle-agent ", nous intégrons des structures normatives et cognitives pour proposer un nouveau modèle descriptif.

"en" => "In this paper, we develop a model for understanding why workers resist change which combines viewpoints from economics, cognitive psychology and the institutional theory of organizations. Using the principle-agent paradigm from economics, we bring to the study of resistance to change a powerful information perspective. We show that the standard economic theory alone falls short of explaining the phenomenon of resistance to change. However, by expanding the model to integrate notions of symbolic frameworks from institutional theory, and problematic cognitive processes, a model with descriptive validity emerges.
