      "fr" => "In a context where the world of work is changing so rapidly and tremendously along so many dimensions such as working conditions, technologies, values, expectations, behaviors or attitudes, we think it all the more relevant to turn our attention to what can be considered as an invariant: the unconscious. It is a question of knowing, in fine, why we work, by questioning the place of work in the psychic construction of the subject, and of identifying the degree of internal freedom that we may hope to develop in our relation to work, beyond all exogenous determinations. It is then work as seen in clinical practice (which we regularly undertake in our research and intervention activities) that has guided our research on this theme."
