      "fr" => "Un bon "policy-mix" est indispensable à la stabilisation économique. Le problème est encore plus complexe dans l'UEM. Comment traiter le risque de passager clandesting ? Comment coordonner les politiques budgétaires ? Cet article examine les conditions d'efficacité des règles de coordination, qu'elles soient strictes ou flexibles. Le premier cas est analysé via un jeu à information symétrique, le second via un jeu asymétrique. Des implications de politique économique en sont tirées."
      "en" => "A good policy-mix is a prerequisite for economic stabilization. The problem is even more complex in the EMU. How to deal with free-riding behavior? How to coordinate fiscal policy? This paper analyses the efficiency conditionis of coordination rules, from strict to flexible rules. The first case is modeled within a symmetric information game, the second one within an asymmetric information situation. Policy implications are drawled."
