"fr" => "L'offshoring du travail des Systèmes d'information (EST) a vu une croissance phénoménale les cinq dernières années et plus. Cela a abouti en des professionnels des SI, dialoguant avec des travailleurs d'environnements culturels très différents, dans le but de délivrer des projets en SI et des services de support. Cette "barrière" culturelle a été mise en évidence dans la littérature des SI comme un défi clef pour l'offshoring. La technique de recherche ethnographique d'analyse de conversation (CA) a été appliquée par des analyses trouvant naturellement des enregistrements de conférences téléphoniques entre le personnel de vendeur extraterritorial en Inde et les employés du ROYAUME-UNI/ETATS-UNIS d'une société pharmaceutique principale. "en" => "The offshoring of Information systems (IS) work has seen phenomenal growth in the past five or more years. This has resulted in IS professionals, interacting with workers from vastly different cultural backgrounds, in order to deliver IS project and support services. This cultural "barrier" has been highlighted in the IS literature as a key challenge for offshoring. The ethnographic research technique of conversation analysis (CA) has been applied by analysis naturally occurring recordings of telephone conferences between offshore vendor staff in India and UK/US employees of a major pharmaceutical company.
