"fr" => "La recherche d'action (RA), qui favorise la collaboration entre les chercheurs et les praticiens, est une méthode de recherche qualitative qui a beaucoup de potentiel pour le domaine des systèmes d'information (SI). Les études de RA du phénomène des SI commencent maintenant à être publiées dans la littérature de recherche en SI. Toutefois, la rigueur de certaines études de RA en SI peut être améliorée. Dans cet article, nous examinons la progression des projets de RA et considérons quelques uns des choix clés et des possibilités pour contrôler les RA. Nous analysons sept projets récents de RA en SI et à partir de cette analyse, nous formulons des recommandations pour déterminer ces structures de contrôle.

"en" => "Action Research (AR), which emphasizes collaboration between researchers and practitioners, is a qualitative research method that has much potential for the information systems (IS) field. AR studies of IS phenomena are now beginning to be published in the IS research literature. However, the rigour of many AR studies in IS can be improved. In this article, we look at the process in AR projects, and look at some of the key choices and alternatives in controlling AR. We analyze seven recent AR projects in IS and from this analysis distil recommendations for determining these control structures.
