"fr" => "La recherche active est une méthode de recherche qualitative qui souligne la collaboration entre chercheurs et praticiens. Le processus de la recherche active exige que des choix soient faits pour déterminer comment la puissance est équilibrée dans diverses manières entre les chercheurs et leurs collaborateurs dans le serveur. Nous discutons trois aspects de puissance : les procédures pour lancer un projet de recherche active, ceux pour déterminer l'autorité dans le projet, et le degré de formalisation. Nous analysons sept projets de recherche active dans des systèmes d'information et de cette analyse distille les recommandations pour déterminer des structures de puissance. Ces recommandations seront importantes pour ces chercheurs en utilisant la recherche active dans des systèmes d'information. "en" => "Action research is a qualitative research method that emphasizes collaboration between researchers and practitioners. The process of action research requires that choices be made determining how power is balanced in various ways between researchers and their collaborators within the host organization. We discuss three aspects of power: the procedures for initiating an action research project, those for determining authority within the project, and the degree of formalization. We analyze seven action research projects in information systems and from this analysis distil recommendations for determining power structures.
