"fr" => "Ce texte est une contribution des auteurs à un forum sur la guerre des talents dans l'entreprise. S'appuyant sur le concept de "l'entreprise à la carte" qu'ils ont forgé, les auteurs affirment que, pour gagner la guerre des talents, les entreprises et leurs dirigeants devront désormais adapter leurs stratégies, politiques et structures aux besoins variables et changeants de leurs collaborateurs. La mise en place de "l'entreprise à la carte" est une révolution copernicienne et nécessaire dans la théorie et la pratique du management.

"en" => "This paper is the authors' contribution to a forum on the war for talent. Drawing on their concept of the "Customized Workplace", the authors argue that, to win the war for talent, firms and their managers will need to adapt their strategies, policies and structures to increasingly variable and changing needs and aspirations of their people rather than the reverse. Implementing the Customized Workplace means a Copernican, and necessary, revolution in management thinking and practice.
