Abstract
This chapter positions AI-driven monetization not only as an efficiency play but as a strategic lever of diversification within core revenue structures. It highlights a shift from mass-market broadcasting toward personalized, data-rich business models that deepen fan relationships and unlock new value. The author explores enhanced fan experience, dynamic ticket pricing, personalized merchandise strategies, sophisticated sponsorship measurement, and smart stadium technologies. He demonstrates how sports organizations achieve significant engagement improvements implementing AI-powered fan relationship management. Strategic implementation requires data literacy, strong infrastructure, and compliance with privacy standards. Effective monetization depends on organizational transformation that combines technology, culture, and fan trust.
