The “gendered” approach to corporate governance is often constructed by offsetting the imposter complex related to the minority position (S Moscovici). It carries virtuous consequences on a collective game and a long-term vision, as well as an approach by the expertise. Finally, a relation with the less egotic power and the taste of the collective with the meaning of the MEDIATION and a strong sensitivity to ETHICS make members of women’s Councils good mediators and leaders of a long-term company’s vision and empowered.
