Integrating Diversity: Identities Replayed

We examine how integrating diversity can seem both difficult and fruitful for organizations and the people concerned. This is done on the basis of some phenomenological statements related to organizations. The example taken is that of disability. A real web of expectations appears as the main result of this investigation.
