Abstract
The phenomenon of the Spamming became so important that the French legislator, following the European legislator, comes to regulate it in a restrictive way. It indeed adopted the rule of “opt-in”, which prohibits with a company to address an electronic advertisement without prior agreement of the recipient. As for the CNIL, it recommends to the Net surfers to adopt a certain number of protective practices.
