The virtue is here questioned on the basis of organizational ethics. Action optimization depends on actors’ presence in the everlasting experience. Actors are always in between a future they dream to control, and their past which can represent a charge as well as a solid basis for action. At present, each one is demanded to identify clearly the priorities for decision-making. A case illustrates these dynamics.
