Abstract
The practices of innovation in Human Resource Management (GRH) largely nourish the academic and professional literature. This article contributes to the debate on the evolution of the practices of human resources in France these five last years. From an exploratory empirical study bearing on 28 French companies, we seek to depict the changes more innovating in the RH practices for a better performance.
