Cet article contribue au débat sur l'évolution des pratiques de ressources humaines en France ces cinq dernières années. A partir d'une étude empirique exploratoire portant sur 28 entreprises françaises, nous cherchons à dégager les changements les plus innovants dans les pratiques RH pour une meilleure performance."
