The transformation of technologies, organizations and men and renewal of stakeholder expectations require HR to expand their scope of action in five areas: CSR programs (corporate social responsibility), well-being and health policy, HR & RS mastery of the subcontracting chain, outsourcing and procurement, operation of Big Data and the co-construction of change.
