Abstract
This research calls into question the limit perceived like inherent to the implementation of a project-based organization, namely the “dilution” of the orgnanizational knowledge and shows how the companies having opted for a project based organization are able to ensure both the transfer, the storage and the restoration of the knowledsge acquired during projects through the implementation of IT’s tools accessible to all the projects’actors and procedures of systematic saving in databases of experiences’ results carried out during projects.
