Ce papier montre en quoi le caractère domestique de l'entrepreneuriat est problématique pour la compétitivité de l'Europe, discute les raisons du statut quo, et avance quelques idées pour favoriser l'émergence d'entreprises pan-européennes de croissance."

This paper asks why the domestic character of entrepreneurship is problematic for Europe's long term competitiveness, discusses some explanatory factors of the status quo, and makes suggestions as to how the creation and development of pan European high growth ventures could be stimulated."
