The sharing logic implies that both hierarchical managers and human resource managers are responsible for the employability and equity of each wage earner. HRM is also viewed by the "N+1" as the guarantor of the sharing process through the establishment of a "sharing charter" and the empowerment of managers owing to a shared strategic view, knowledge and information.
