      "fr" => "De la protection du voisinage au 18e siècle, la protection de l'environnement s'est étendue à celle de la nature , aujourd'hui, c'est la survie de l'humanité qui est en jeu. Dans cette communication, l'impact de l'environnement sur le développement économique est abordé à trois niveaux : celui de la réponse globale à la détérioration mondiale de l'environnement, celui des dommages causés à l'échelle régionale, celui de la nécessité d'améliorer l'environnement des villes."
