      "fr" => "Le processus de décision du TGV Méditerranée est analysé en termes de négociation grâce à une grille à deux niveaux. Le premier niveau définit les rôles et places des négociations et médiations dans le processus de décision. Le second en précise les acteurs, leurs intérêts et leurs stratégies évolutives. On voit que le processus est caractérisé par des phases de négociations parallèles et successives à des phases de conflit violent. Ces négociations ont été officielles ou officieuses."

The first level defines the negotation and mediation dimensions and roles in this decision process. The second offers to precise the process' actors, their interests as well as their evolving strategies. As a result, we see that the process is characterized by phases of negotiations parallel and successive to phases of violent conflicts. These negotiations have been both official and non-official."
