      "fr" => "CD-Rom L'objectif de cette étude est d'examiner le role des expatriés dans la diffusion des pratiques RH dans une MNC en adopant une perspectice d'agence. Cete étude propoe une typology de formes d'adoption. Des résultats empiriques sont présentés dans le cadre d'une étude de cas en cours sur le transfert d'une pratiques RH d'un siège social d'une multinationale française à ses filiales."
