The aim of the paper is to provide both a presentation of the evolution and the urban structure of the Paris office market over the last two decades and a presentation of the main actors operating in the French office markets. The paper proposes a typical model of the pricing of office during the 1975-1995 period, more precisely in the Paris region. On the basis of database, one can observe a difference between the calculated prices and the observed prices during the boom of office markets in 1985-1990, underlining the existence of a speculative bubble.
